Delivery information

There are huge benefits in collecting your new bike from us at our store. Your bike will be fully assembled, no need to fit pedals / turn handlebars as you would if it came to you in a box. We set the bike up for you for size and setup the suspension where applicable, all at no extra cost to you. We also go through a comprehensive handover, including the operation of all the controls and features of your bike, and go through cleaning and maintenance for you to get the most out of your bike.

That said, there will be instances where you might not be able to get to our store and enjoy all these free services above, in which case we might be able to courier your new bike to you, subject to any manufacturer restrictions on supplying bikes in boxes (for example, we are unable to ship Kalkhoff, who have a bikes-collected-instore only policy).
